Pressure washing utilizes pressurized water to clean a surface. However, we only utilize “pressure” when cleaning a hard surface such as concrete. We use what’s called the “Soft Wash” method to clean almost all other surfaces needing to be cleaned, which removes the possibility of damages that come along with high pressure water.
A few factors come into play with stains and concrete; such as the type of stain, age of stain and type of concrete. Most stains can be removed if immediate action is taken with the appropriate chemical. We specialize in cleaning up organic stains (algae, mold, mildew, moss), rust stains, red clay stains, paint stains, and oil/grease stains.
Yes. House washing, when done correctly, is safe for all types of siding materials.
Roof cleaning extends the lifespan of your roof by safely removing organic growth, which slowly deteriorates and damages the shingles, or coating of your metal roof. Roof cleaning is a must, and sometimes mandated by your homeowner’s insurance company to avoid loss of coverage.
The purpose of a gutter system is to direct rainwater away from your home. Clogged gutters can cause water to be forced over the lip of the gutter, defeating the purpose of the system; or worse, be forced into areas at the roof line causing wood rot and other serious issues.
Yes. We do offer commercial pressure washing services. Keeping up the appearance of your commercial property not only prevents possible issues that come with neglect or even health code complaints, but it also attracts customers to your place of business. Customers are more likely to approach a clean, well put together looking business than a dirty one.
Yes. We practice what we call property protection to ensure all of your beautiful, expensive plants and landscaping is protected during cleanings.
It’s recommended you have your house washed annually to remove any bacteria causing growth from your home’s siding. On very few occasions, some homes need to be washed bi-annually. This all depends on the amount of sunlight (or lack thereof) your home receives.
Yes. Mold, mildew, and that ugly green algae that covers the siding of your home is fully removed during every house wash.
Property protection is something we take seriously. Some things we do to protect your biggest investment is check all exterior outlets to ensure they’re properly sealed off. If not, that outlet is taped off entirely. Key holes on exterior doors are taped to avoid water and cleaning solution from getting inside and rusting out your locking mechanism. Doorbell cameras are covered. If you have a stained wooden door, it’s covered with plastic to avoid any possibility of discoloration from the cleaning solutions.
